Z Emanuelom Leonardijem, ki je bil gost lanskoletne Mednadorne poletne šole politične ekologije, smo govorili o transformaciji podnebnih gibanj v zadnjih 30 letih, uspešnih povezavah delavskega in okoljskega boja v Italiji, vplivu, ki ga so ti boji imeli na dojemanje okoljevarstva v Italiji, vlogi mednarodnih in nacionalnih institucij pri spopadanju s podnebno krizo in zakaj je delavski razred edini akter, ki lahko reši planet pred okoljskim kolapsom. Spregovorili smo tudi o tem kaj bi morali, kot politični organizatorji, početi v tem boju. Pogovor je potekal v angleščini.

Kaj se v resnici dogaja “za zaveso” v kuhinjah, za šanki, kjer poka in se smodi, medtem ko čakate na svojo malico, pico ali sedemhodni degustacijski meni? Kako je fetišizirana chefovska identiteta vplivala na odnose v kuhinji?Kako drugače je kuhati za “fino” restavracijo in javni vrtec? Zakaj strastni kuharji odhajajo iz poklica? Kako manko kadra v gostinstvu vpliva na tiste, ki ostajajo? Odgovore na ta in še mnoga druga vprašanja smo iskali z vodjo kuhinje v vrtcu Beltinci Borutom Kolarjem in mladim kuharjem Amadejem Lebičem, ki je pet let delal v ugledni veganski restavraciji.

Welcome to the 101st edition of the IndieRE radio show prepared by Radio Študent in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
